Macedonia Church of God in Christ is a community of believers united by a shared love for God and one another. We have been committed to the timeless truth of Scripture and to making a difference in the lives of those around us.
We believe that every person has purpose, and that biblical teaching has the power to transform lives — in our homes, in our community, and around the world.

To promote salvation through Jesus Christ, emphasizing family structure, worship diversity, and stewardship, while advocating for evangelism as a Christian duty.

From a humble home in Racine to a pillar of the community — the story of Little Macedonia Church of God in Christ.
Established
September 23, 1951
Founded in Racine, Wisconsin under the leadership of Bishop J. B. Davis
The Beginning
Built on Nothing But the Promise of the Lord
Under the leadership of Bishop J. B. Davis of Northwestern Wisconsin, Little Macedonia Church of God in Christ was permitted to start on September 23, 1951. It began in a home — with nothing but the promise of the Lord. And the Lord began to bless and save souls, heal the sick and afflicted, putting His approval on the work.
In August 1952, two lots were purchased and paid for in cash. In September 1953, construction began — making this the first Church of God in Christ to be built from the ground up in Racine, Wisconsin. The new building featured a modern push-button heating system, ladies and gentlemen's rest rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen.
The building was beautifully equipped with Worfield Church Furniture from the State of Virginia and comfortably air conditioned. When the costs exceeded estimates and funds were exhausted, God touched the hearts of men — some donating from $50.00 up to $1,465.00 — blessing the congregation with a $17,000.00 building. When men said it was impossible, with God all things are possible.

The Lord has continued to bless in saving souls and especially saving young men of the city. We are grateful to our Senior Bishop C. H. Mason, Bishop J. B. Davis, and our friends and congregation for making this work possible.
